INDICATIONS FOR USE
For homologous use only to serve as a barrier or wound covering in the repair, reconstruction, replacement, or supplementation of damaged or insufficient integumental tissue.
HOW SUPPLIED
DermiPly™ is pre-hydrated and enclosed inside a sterile inner pouch and overpacked in a secondary outer pouch. Each graft is terminally sterilized with a sterility assurance level (SAL) of 10-6.
STORAGE
DermiPly is shipped at ambient temperature and should be stored between 1˚C and 25˚C (33.8˚F and 77˚F).
